Individual sign design includes 3 design options. Each including colors, materials, front and side profiles. Two meetings will be included. If more are necessary, they will be negotiated. Once a design is chosen, a rendering showing the sign in place, working drawings and three fabrication and installation estimates will be given.

We will oversee the bid process, and installation, followed up with a final check and coordination with the chosen fabricator. Sign fabrication and installation will be directly contracted with outside vendors for insurance purposes. Clients will sign off on all final drawings before fabrication.

Signage Systems, a.k.a. “wayfinding packages” will include 3 design options, location plans, message schedule outlining placement and messages for every sign. A minimum of 3 meetings will be included, depending on clients needs. Once a design is chosen, a rendering showing the “sign family” which shows all sizes and layouts of typical signs, working drawings and 3 price estimates will be given.
