• LEADERSHIP – A Rector who will work collaboratively with a core laity while expanding participation to guide, inspire, and set goals to achieve our common Christian mission.
  
• MANAGE GROWTH – A Rector who will continue to nurture the parish with in-reach and adult programs, as well as garnering new members for sustainable growth to provide a continued source of support for a balanced budget, music and youth programs.
  
• YOUTH – A Rector who can understand, identify, and cultivate resources to expand youth programs
